if i ever have kids i want to bring them up eating good whole foods, vegetables and fruit and give them the odd treat here and there. I don’t want them to grow up feeling as insecure as i do, wasting time on setting themselves straight

30-60 minutes a day is all it’s going to take. Eat well. Eat good foods. Eat foods you’d be proud to tell the tumblr community about. Work hard. Push yourself. Test your limits. Get off tumblr, workout for 30 minutes, come back, and tell us all about it. Post pictures of your sweat stains. If you just ran a mile for the very first time, celebrate!
