Just made my breakfast and dinner for tommorrow!
Breakfast - one apple and one banana chopped up and placed into a cup container for school (170kcals aprox) Dinner - one salmon fillet seasoned with herbs and pepper along with a small salad of lettuce and cucumber (200kcals aprox) For tea I’m probably going to have a salad with a serving of rice
Just did 3/4s of the 100 workout. IT KILLED! But that shows its doing something I guess! I’ll get stronger and be able to finish it :)

spent the weekend at my friends house and didnt have a choice what we ate because her family made all the food, so it was a lot of fatty foods i must say :( ah well, back on track now, lets just say it was a big treat!
