And my, doesnt it show? I completely abandoned my healthy eating and excersise (bar a few weeks of jogging I managed to keep up) and i&amp;#8217;m still in the same place. Today i&amp;#8217;ve decided to kick myself up the bum because I looked in a mirror today and REALLY didn&amp;#8217;t love what I had seen in it. I want a sexy, beautiful and toned body and i&amp;#8217;m not about to stop til i get one. I&amp;#8217;m putting down the crisps and all the energy drinks and replacing it for apples and excersise.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Erin Heatherton&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br/&gt;“I need to pay people to make me work out or I wouldn’t do it,” Heatherton told VOGUE.COM US, revealing that she undertakes a high-octane half-hour workout that has her switching between intervals of sprinting and power walking on an incline. “It’s exhausting… but then comes my favorite part - a half hour of yoga. &lt;p&gt;the next day me and michael took a trip to the carvery just us two and had a nice roast meal.&lt;/p&gt;
