hey i’m back

Wow i’ve not been on here in MONTHS. And my, doesnt it show? I completely abandoned my healthy eating and excersise (bar a few weeks of jogging I managed to keep up) and i’m still in the same place. Today i’ve decided to kick myself up the bum because I looked in a mirror today and REALLY didn’t love what I had seen in it. I want a sexy, beautiful and toned body and i’m not about to stop til i get one. I’m putting down the crisps and all the energy drinks and replacing it for apples and excersise.

i’m sorry i havent been on here recently

the thing is recently i’ve gone off the rails of dieting so to speak and put weight back on, today i decided to get back on course but im still really down about it and needed some inspiration and motivation :(

key to weightloss is positive thinking

if you say “yeah i can lose this weight” you are more likely to keep trying at it and succeed

30 jumping jacks

10 crunches

10 leg ups (5 each leg)

20 star jumps

10 leg lunges (each leg)

my excersise for today up to now along with a warm up session on dance centeral

just completed an hour and half of dance centeral, i would reccomend it to anyone! great fat burner if you do it correctly and put lots of effort into it

also afterwards i did :

  • 40 crunches
  • 20 leg ups
  • 20 push ups

sunday: went for a 10 minute jog in the morning, did 20 minutes of cardio/areobic excersise in the evening

  • tuna salad for dinner - tuna, lettuce, cucumber and pepper
  • roast for tea but had more vegetables that anything else

monday: going to do an hour of dance centeral in a minute

  • apple
  • banana
  • small salad of cucumber and lettuce
  • carrots and swede with turkey
