off to go have a nice hot bath and exfoliate my body for the spray tan this evening! then paint my nails and do my eyebrows.

actually love all this energy and actually a slight bit of confidence in myself for once.

you know what keeps me going?

you guys do.

I used to think, wow look at those bodies, mine will never look as perfect and cute and amazing as theirs. EVEN if I tried.

Then i see you guys, TRYING. Not only trying but SUCEEDING. And that, that motivates me because i know if i try i will suceed just like you guys, you that are/have been in the same position as me and are trying steadily and healthily to lose this weight

IĀ feel like absoloute crap. I havent been on here in ages and I have put on weight again. and now, now i’m looking at all these perfect girls, with their perfect faces and bodies and i just want to be that :(

First thing tommorrow, I’m going for a run. I just drank goodness knows how much water and decided I need to be strict with myself from now on. I’m gonna post up some motivation photo’s on my wardrobes and fridge.

2. Describe your dream/goal body.

I love miranda kerrs body, as a matter of fact pretty much any of the victoria’s secret girls bodies would be my dream body. I really love how they work for their bodies. I have pretty small boobs so i don’t want to look too toned because i think i’d look not in proportion, so i want to be thin with slight toning on my stomach arms and legs.

height: 5’5

current weight: 125 lbs

goal weight: around 110 lbs or whenever i feel happy with how i look

i want to lose weight so i can wear what i want and not worry about being judged for my body. i want confidence and i want to be healthy, and thats exactly what im going to get if i carry on putting the effort in.
